There are so many different factors that determine the final cost of a cake. Design, flavor, and number of servings are just a few. See the photos below to use as a guide to give you an idea of where our cake prices start. This information is only a guide. Final price will be given at the time you place your order.

Wedding Cakes
 We highly recommend setting up a FREE consultation.  (No consultation offered on orders of 100 or less servings.) Bookings are made on a first come, first pay basis. Your date is not reserved until we have received a deposit from you.

There is a minimum $200.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your wedding cakes. Payment in full is required 30 days before your event. Final deposit amount depends on the total amount of your wedding cake contract.

Start at $4.00 per serving for Buttercream Iced Cakes
Start at $6.00-$12.00 per serving for Fondant Iced Cakes.

A $40.00 delivery and setup fee will be charged on all wedding cakes within a 25 mile radius of Helena Wirth Cakes. All other delivery and set up fees will be figured based on mileage.

Package cake prices start at $5.00 per serving with a minimum order of 25 servings. With “Fufu” bow as shown add $5.00.
Tiered Fondant Cakes
Tiered Fondant iced cake prices start at $8.00 per serving with a minimum order of 40 servings.
2D Fondant Cake

3D Reality Cakes

Full Sheet Cake (Feeds up to 100) start at $275.00

3D/Sculpted Cakes
Start at $8.00 per serving with a minimum order of 40 servings.
This is a hand sculpted cake, there is no pan available.
2D Cakes
2D Cakes Buttercream iced. Prices Start at $4.00 per serving with a minimum
of 40 servings.
Custom Cupcakes
$42.00/dozen
Permanent for buttercream.

Custom design prices start at: $5.00-$6.00 each.

Giant Cupcake Cake
Our custom Giant cupcake prices start at: $85.00 each and feed 30 servings. (9 inches round)
